We’re proud to share this exceptional lot from Ignacio “Nacho” Gutierrez — a celebrated producer known for his award-winning Pacamara and meticulous approach to coffee.Nacho began his journey in 2005, planting just 500 trees on a small plot of land after transitioning from tomato and timber farming. Through dedication and craft, he earned multiple Cup of Excellence awards, including four first-place finishes — one with a record-breaking score from Los Pozitos. Each harvest has fueled continued investment into quality and sustainability across his farms.
Today, Ignacio and his family steward three farms — Los Pozitos, La Roxanita, and San Nicolás — nestled in the highlands of Chalatenango at 1,600–1,700 meters. Growing Pacas, Pacamara, Gesha, and SL28, they carefully process every coffee on site using washed, honey, and natural methods.
