Wush Wush is a low-yield, rare variety that as a unique cup profile originated in Ethiopia and it is named after the small growing town of Wushwush. Wush wush coffee deliver some of the unique and exciting flavor profiles in coffee characterized by sweet, juicy, slightly tart fermented fragrance of dark berries. It's incredibly unique and interersing coffee. The mouthfeel is smooth & silky and the rich sweetness with brwon sugar and caramel notes.
This coffee likely owes much of the unique flavor to its special processing and a 120 hour low oxygen fermentation.
